About the Author
Jackie Ourman is a freelance chef, recipe developer and food writer. She recently worked as a test kitchen contributor at Bon Appétit Magazine. While in culinary school at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, Jackie received the Nespresso Top Student Award. She was also awarded a prestigious scholarship from Les Dames d’Escoffier for innovation and entrepreneurship and was partnered with the inspirational Ellie Krieger for a mentorship program.
Jackie is passionate about creating recipes and sharing resources for living well with food allergies and celiac disease.
